Ms. Adinolfi's Class 2017-18

Welcome to My Class!

I am very excited to be teaching your children this year!
I was born and bred in Hamburg, Germany, and later moved to London, England, where I studied Spanish and French. My husband Alex and I came to the U.S. years ago, and we have a wonderful son, Julian, who is now in his first year of high school. Our family also includes our dog Pluto and our cats, Balbo and Taz. Our life revolves very much around music since my husband is a musician and our son is well on track to embarking on a similar career path.
I worked as a technical editor and writer for Dell and as a professional translator before switching to teaching primary students. I taught kindergarten in Bastrop ISD for 2 years, followed by a year of as a 1st grade teacher at PME. I am now in my 3rd year of teaching 1st grade here at SGE. I am part of the most fabulous 1st grade team; we work together closely to ensure that all our first graders are well taken care of.
I believe in open communication with my students and their parents. If you feel any need to contact me, the best way is usually via ClassDojo.

I am looking forward to a fun and successful academic year!
